So, for many years now I have always looked at girls heading to the gym on a daily basis and being all 'fit', and I have always said to myself "I could never have such will-power to go to the gym consistently". BUT GUESS WHAT.... for 2 weeks now, I have been going 4 mornings a week.
I cannot believe myself. I always thought of myself as "Not a morning person". But looks like I am ;-)
Been getting up at 5:00am, this plan originally started coz my gym was soooo busy after work. I work-out for 45 minutes, then head to work. I must admit it Feels Fabulous!!!! :)
I must admit, I get a little tired in the afternoons, but this could also be because of my bad eating habits. Which are not going to be bad for too much longer :)
Saw a dietician today, she gave me a cute little eating plan. I will post it on here soon so you all can check it out :)
